这周对#盐焗料理 产生了兴趣:尝试了多种方式,从明火的炉盘到喷枪到定时定温的烤箱;也尝试多种食材,从农户新采摘的菌子,市场当地的应季,到引发我们知识区域一些模糊地带好奇的野外采摘,也挑战了玄学笼罩的#见手青 ……并没有参考任何菜谱,收获的惊喜越来越越多过挫折——就像你去多了陌生城市后,一定会有自己的方法和直觉处理新地方落地的一揽子事情,很多事情都是如此,这也是持续实践逐渐馈赠的礼物。

XYZ也创作了青黄的本周餐后甜点,他希望调配出那种近似日本清酒的那种大米和酒精融合出的清冽感,我们称它为“就像一朵云”,但效果更像在这朵云下的山溪趟水,的确如此。

我也持续在小红书上尝试输出精心挑选和编辑的#原创,看看这些会带来些什么。这些工作能超量并持续的完成并形成输出,和Shining、XYZ的热情、品位以及各方面的支持与反馈息息相关。我们力求#青黄甜品 是一个在地的受益于文化多元性的创作型机构,正在行进中。

我们的烹饪和料理大多都是即兴创作:依据一些现代的烹饪理论和技法、一些当代的食物观念、一些世界文化的影响、一些在记忆中反复吟唱过往因食物的美好和人、季节、地域产生的情感连接、一些“道听途说”和引发好奇的“奇思妙想”、一些对“奇迹”发生的期待、一些亲自动手的迫切感……

这些综合影响了我们的意识和行为,也影响了我们如何去享受食物料理过程中更多的乐趣,获得满意成果的奖励,以及糟糕结果的承受能力。
